How quickly can a legacy systems assessment begin?
We usually confirm a survey window within one week of an introductory call. Larger estates may require a short scoping conversation first so that we assign the right number of analysts and agree the access arrangements. The assessment itself typically runs two to four weeks.
Do you work with organisations that must remain partially on legacy platforms?
Yes. Many of our clients operate hybrid estates for several years by design. We engineer the integration and synchronisation layers that keep old and new systems consistent, and we sequence the roadmap so that each workload moves only when the business case and operational readiness are both genuine.
What information helps you prepare a first proposal?
A short description of the estate, the systems you consider most critical, any regulatory obligations, and the business outcome you are aiming for.
